摘要
在教学过程中,学生的学与教师的教是两个重要的组成部分,在教学中最大程度地发挥教师主导性作用以及学生的学习主体性作用,是评价一节课中课堂教学好坏的重要标准。如果在课堂教学活动中,教师的教与学生的学之间不能进行有效地互动,那么会导致课堂效率的低下,学生无法充分吸收老师所讲授的内容,教师也会缺乏讲课的热情。基于上述的问题,笔者介绍心理学当中的一种机制———互悦机制。所谓互悦机制,放在教学活动中主要是指学生和老师之间产生一种相互吸引的良好氛围,从而促进教学活动的推进与开展。
In the process of teaching,students'learning and teachers'teaching are two important parts.To give full play to teachers'leading role and students'learning subjectivity in teaching is an important standard to evaluate the quality of classroom teaching in a class.If there is no effective interaction between teachers'teaching and students'learning in classroom teaching activities,it will lead to the low efficiency of the classroom,students can not fully absorb the content taught by teachers,and teachers will lack the enthusiasm of teaching.Based on the above problems,the author introduces a mechanism of Psychology—mutual pleasure mechanism.The so-called mutual pleasure mechanism,put in the teaching activities,mainly refers to a good atmosphere of mutual attraction between students and teachers,so as to promote the promotion and development of teaching activities.
