Research Characteristics of Carbon Emissions Calculation in Xinjiang

摘要 采用文献法、对比分析法与从热度、要素特征、数据差异等方面系统分析了新疆碳排放核算的研究特征。结果表明:①2010年以来,新疆碳排放核算研究热度快速增长,总体上呈北高南低,碳排放数据滞后性加剧;②核算的具体方法较繁杂,基础数据主要来自统计年鉴,核算范围主要为直接碳排放;③区域视角、产业视角和居民视角的核算数据均呈增长趋势,且存在较为显著的差异性,主要原因在于核算方法差异。未来需要进一步加强新疆科研机构间及其与政府、新疆内外的合作,完善碳排放统计与管理制度,逐步建立适用于地区特色的碳排放核算体系。 This paper employed literature review and comparative analysis to analyze the characteristics of carbon emissions calculation from aspects of the heat of research,characteristics of calculation elements and differences of calculation data in Xinjiang.The results showed that:①Since 2010,the heat of research on carbon emissions calculation grew fast in Xinjiang,which showed lower from north to south on the whole.Additionally,data of carbon emissions had prominent hysteresis which showed the overall trend of increasing.②Specific methods were so multifarious.Basic data sources mainly came from various statistical yearbooks,and scope of calculation mainly concentrated upon the direct carbon emissions.③The calculation data from perspectives of the region,industry,and residents were increasing,where there were prominent differences.Main reasons might lie in the difference of calculation methods.Therefore,it was needed to further strengthen the cooperation between government and research institutions,inside and outside Xinjiang.It was important to improve the system of carbon emissions statistics and management for a system of carbon emissions calculation with local characteristics.
