摘要
目的对突发性耳聋患者在基础治疗的基础上应用常规护理及辩证护理对患者听力改善的影响分析。方法选取200例突发性耳聋患者作为观察对象,按照数字随机法将其平均分为观察组与对照组,每组100例患者,给予其对照组行常规护理,给予观察组行辩证护理,对比观察患者听力改善情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.00%)比对照组治疗总有效率(78.00%)高17.00%,两组对比(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论临床中对突发性耳聋患者在基础治疗的基础上应用辩证护理,能够有效改善患者听力频率听阀,提高患者治疗依从性及对护理的满意度,帮助提升患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of routine nursing and dialectical nursing on hearing improvement of sudden deafness patients on the basis of basic treatment.Methods 200 patients with sudden deafness were selected as the observation objects,and divided into observation group and control group according to the digital random method.100 patients in each group were given routine nursing to the control group,and dialectical nursing to the observation group.The hearing improvement of patients was observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was 17.00%higher than that of the control group(78.00%).The two groups were compared(P<0.05).Conclusion Dialectical nursing on the basis of basic treatment for sudden deafness patients can effectively improve patients'hearing frequency hearing valve,improve patients'treatment compliance and satisfaction with nursing,and help to improve patients'quality of life.
