摘要
目的观察玉桂片对黄褐斑模型小鼠的防治效果,初步探讨玉桂片治疗黄褐斑的疗效机制,为临床防治黄褐斑提供部分基础实验依据。方法选取清洁级昆明种雌性小鼠48只,随机分为6组,每组8只。各组分别为空白对照组、模型对照组、维C预防组、维C治疗组、玉桂片预防组和玉桂片治疗组。HE染色检测皮肤病理学形态、分光光度计法检测小鼠血中的酪氨酸酶含量。结果与空白对照组比较,模型对照组小鼠表皮的上皮细胞增殖较明显,可见炎性细胞浸润,皮肤附属器如毛囊、皮脂腺出现比较明显增生。维C组(含预防组和治疗组)可见少量炎性细胞及纤维组织增生,玉桂片组(含预防组和治疗组)炎性细胞及纤维组织最少见。与空白对照组比较,模型对照组小鼠酪氨酸酶含量显著增加,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,各给药组酪氨酸酶均低于模型组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论玉桂片治疗黄褐斑的机制可能与减少酪氨酸酶合成,抑制炎性细胞增生和抗组织纤维化有关。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Yugui tablet on mice with chloasma,and exploring the therapeutic mechanism of Yugui tablet in treating chloasma,so as to provide experimental evidence for clinical prevention and treatment of chloasma.Methods Forty-eight female Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group,model control group,VitC prevention group,VitC treatment group,Yugui tablets prevention group and Yugui tablets treatment group.The pathological morphology of skin was detected by HE staining,and the blood tyrosinase of different groups were detected by spectrophotometry.Results The epithelial cells of the model control group proliferated significantly,and inflammatory cell infiltrated.The skin appendages such as hair follicles,sebaceous glands showed obvious proliferation.A small amount of inflammatory cells and fibrous tissue hyperplasia were observed in the VitC prevention group and the VitC treatment group,the inflammatory cells and fibrous tissues in the Yugui tablets prevention group and the treatment group were the least.Compared with the blank group,the blood tyrosinase of the model control group was significantly increased,and the difference was signifi-cant(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the blood tyrosinase of each drug group was lower than the model group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The mechanism of Yugui tablets in the treatment of chloasma may be related to the reduction of tyrosinase synthesis,inhibition of inflammatory cell proliferation and anti-tissue fibrosis.
