子宫肌壁间妊娠8例围手术期护理体会被引量：4

摘要总结8例子宫肌壁间妊娠围手术期的护理体会。护理重点为术前对患者做好生命体征和病情监测,加强心理护理,完善术前准备;术中做好物品准备和大出血的预防,保证特殊药物正确使用,预防宫腔镜手术并发症的发生;术后密切注意β-HCG变化和化疗药物的不良反应,同时做好常规护理。经过治疗和护理,8例患者手术经过顺利,保留了子宫及生育功能,提高了患者的生活质量。
