摘要
塑胶模具的零件加工,多面装夹加工时CAD设计工艺腿、CAM编程铣削方案的优劣,直接影响生产效率和成本。通过分析原生留方形工艺腿和可拆卸圆柱形工艺腿的优缺点后,优化为原生留圆柱形工艺腿方案,并阐述制定设计、加工标准,通过VB和宏程序,二次开发为视窗操作界面的过程,实现了工艺腿设计、编程的标准化、自动化结果输出。
Plastic mold parts,such as face the clamping process CAD design process leg,CAM programming milling in addition to the merits of the scheme,a direct impact on production efficiency and cost.In this paper,by analyzing the native leave square legs,and detachable handling cylindrical process after the advantages and disadvantages of the legs,optimization for native cylindrical scheme,and set design,processing standards,by VB and the macro program,the process of second development for windows operating interface,designed to implement the standardization of leg design,programming,automatic output results.
