基于四面体单元的气辅成型CAE结果全三维真实感彩色云图显示技术的研究与实现

摘要 全三维真实感彩色云图可以有效地显示气辅成型CAE结果。通过研究四节点四面体单元、数值解域的颜色映射,构建了一种基于插值的“数值解域与颜色路径分段映射”的绘制全三维真实感彩色云图算法,即根据数值解的大小把整个求解空间的数值解域划分成8个子域,同时把颜色路径也对应地划分成8段,在二者之间构建映射函数并进行拉格朗日插值,从而获得数值解与颜色值的一一对应,然后运用0penGL在气辅制品三维数学模型上绘制准确反映数值解的彩色分布云图:实例表明,该方法绘制的彩色云图颜色清晰、且具有真实感,便于工程技术人员剖析气辅成型质量,从而为气辅制品结构、成型参数和模具的设计优化提供对策。 Full-3D realistic color contour map can effectively display the results of the gas-assisted injection molding CAE.By studying the four node tetrahedral element and Color mapping of numerical solution domain,a full-3D realistic color contour map drawing method is constnjctecl that is block-map on numerical solution domain and color path which based on interpolated.That is,according to the size,the numerical solution domain of the whole solution space is divided into 8 sub domains.And,the color path is also divided into 8 segments correspondingly.Mapping function is constructed between them and Lagrange interpolation is applied to get the one-to-one correspondence between the numerical solution and the color value.Then,the color contour map of numerical solution is drawn by using OpenGL.Verified by example,the color contour map drawn by this method is natural,clear and realistic,which is convenient for engineers to analyze the quality of gas-assisted injection molding,so as to provide countermeasures for the structure design,molding parameters and mold design optimization of gas assisted products.
