摘要
大柳塔煤矿活鸡兔井所开采的水平煤层属于近距离浅埋煤层群,煤层层间距一般在0~28 m之间,回采下煤层时存在过集中煤柱问题,经常会出现动载矿压、切顶现象。为了探究22煤特殊地段过集中煤柱切顶机理,以22311工作面为原型,通过分析末采期间矿压规律,建立切顶机理力学模型,计算出22311工作面来压步距为8 m,分析了回撤通道2-4联巷切顶、底鼓及片帮发生机理,同时制定了应对和管控措施。
The horizontal coal seam mining in Huojitu Mine shaft of Daliuta Mine belongs to close distance coal seam group mining,the interval between layers of coal is generally 0 to 28 m,and there is the problem of over concentration of coal pillar when the coal seam is mined,which often results in dynamic load and top cutting.In order to explore the mechanism of top cutting of over-concentrated coal pillar in the special section of 22^# coal,a mechanical model of top cutting mechanism was established by taking the 22311 working face as the prototype and analyzing the law of strata behavior during the final mining period.The step spacing of 22311 working face is calculated to be 8 m,and the mechanism of top cutting,floor heave and rib spalling in 2-4 connecting roadway of withdrawal channel is analyzed.Meanwhile,countermeasures and control measures are formulated.
