摘要
文章以市政污泥为主要原料,采用低温热解手段,制备了磁芯@污泥碳球(M@SC)。外壳污泥碳对内核的磁粉起到一定的屏蔽和稳定作用,其耐酸性和耐碱性均高于90%;内核Fe3O4部分氧化成为Fe2O3,产生催化作用,有效比表面积大于污泥制备的碳球;M@SC的磁滞回归线近似为“S”型,比饱和磁化强度高于20 emu/g,剩磁和矫顽力低,容易进行磁分离,具有良好的顺磁效应。生物填料实验表明:M@SC填料挂膜速率明显高于SC填料,挂膜量更大,说明弱磁场对生物膜的形成有明显的促进作用。M@SC生物填料最佳的实验条件是:停留时间为90 min,不曝气和投料比为20%,其COD、NH4^+-N、TN和TP的出水浓度能分别低于15、3.9、11和1.0 mg/L,均达到污水处理厂一级A排放标准。
Sewage sludge was used to prepare a core@shell sludge carbon materials,by low temperature pyrolysis.Shell of carbon sludge plays a stabilizing role for Fe3O4 core,and its acid resistance and alkali resistance were higher than 90%.Magnetization analysis showed the M@SC possessed low remanence,coercivity and good paramagnetic effects.Its regression slender of M@SC is approximately"S"type,more than 20 emu/g,showing that it could easy to magnetical separation.In biological treatment of wastewater with M@SC-based BAF,the amount and formation rate of biofilm on M@SC was significantly higher than that on SC.Under the optimal experimental conditions as the residence time of 90 min,air flow of 0 mL/min and the feeding amount of 20%,concentrations of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen and phosphorus in the effluent were lower than 15 mg/L,3.9 mg/L,11 mg/L and 1.0 mg/L,satisfactory to the level ⅠA emission standards for wastewater treatment plant.
