摘要
目的观察甘麦大枣健脾汤合肌苷及复合维生素B治疗小儿多发性抽动症的临床疗效。方法2018年6月至2019年5月我院儿童康复科门诊收治抽动障碍患儿56例,予甘麦大枣健脾汤合肌苷及复合维生素B治疗,4周为1个疗程,2个疗程后评判效果。结果显效32例,有效17例,无效7例,总有效率为87.5%。结论甘麦大枣汤健脾汤合肌苷及复合维生素B治疗小儿多发性抽动症近期疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ganmai Dazao decoction combined with inosine and vitamin B complex in the treatment of children with Tourette′s syndrome.Methods A total of 56 children with Tic disorder were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019,and they were given Ganmai Dazao decoction combined with inosine and vitamin B complex for treatment,four weeks as a course.After 2 courses of treatment,the effect was evaluated.Results The treatment was significantly effective in 32 cases,effective in 17 cases and ineffective in 7 cases,with the total effective rate being 87.5%.Conclusion Ganmai Dazao decoction combined with inosine and vitamin B complex has significant effect in the short term in the treatment of children with Tourette syndrome。
