摘要
随着城镇化进程的加快,到2018年底,我国的城镇化率已经达到59.58%。城镇化在带动经济发展的同时,我国也因此出现了一系列诸如人口增长、雨水下渗减少、地表径流量增加、水资源短缺等社会问题和环境问题。而建设LID理念下的"海绵城市"是推动城市发展的必然要求,有效地解决了城市防洪排涝和水资源利用等方面的问题。
with the rapid development of urbanization process,by the end of 2018,China's urbanization rate has reached 59.58%,and a large number of people have poured into cities and townsw,hich not only promotes the social and economic development,but also brings a series of social and environmental problems.nI this case,there are a series of problems,such as the decrease of rainwater infiltrationt,he increase of surface runoff and the shortage of water resocuers.The construction of sponge city under the concept of LID is an inevitable requiremnet to promote urban development,which effectively solves the problems of urban flood control and drainage and water resource utilization.
