摘要
机场油库在民航安全中占有重要地位。文章构建了以机场油库火灾事故为顶上事件的故障树,考虑了31个基本事件。通过对故障树结构进行分析化简,得到了10个最小径集合,计算了各基本事件的结构重要度,并分析了导致事故发生的三种主要原因。最终提出机场油库火灾事故的预防措施,为保障油库安全提供了一定的科学依据。
Airport oil depot plays an important role in civil aviation safety.In this paper,a fault tree is constructed,which takes the fire accident of the airport oil depot as the top event,and 31 basic events are considered.Through the analysis and simplification of the fault tree structure,10 minimum path sets are obtained,the structural importance of each basic event is calculated,and the three main causes of the accident are analyzed.Finally,the preventive measures of fire accidents in airport oil depot are put forward,which provides a certain scientific basis for ensuring the safety of oil depot.
