摘要
目的观察抑郁症采用盐酸帕罗西丁联合奥氮平治疗的效果。方法选取2015年8月至2018年7月收治的抑郁症患者86例,根据数字随机法进行分组,分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例,对照组采取盐酸帕罗西丁治疗,观察组实施奥氮平联合盐酸帕罗西丁治疗,对比治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.67%、第4周HAMD-17评分(10.35±4.78)分、SDS评分(31.79±10.18)分、第8周HAMD-17评分(5.61±2.61)分、SDS评分(19.78±5.38)分、心理健康评分(50.28±2.38)分、社会功能评分(48.91±7.91)分、躯体健康评分(48.72±8.22)分均优于对照组79.07%、(17.29±5.39)分、(41.31±12.28)分、(16.51±6.38)分、(28.89±6.75)分、(41.78±5.19)分、(40.28±6.62)分、(41.81±7.61)分,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组物质生活评分对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥氮平联合盐酸帕罗西丁治疗抑郁症效果显著优于单一用药,可有效改善患者的负面情绪,提升治疗效果,值得推广。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of paroxetine hydrochloride combined with olanzapine on depression. Methods A total of 86 patients with depression admitted from August 2015 to July 2018 were selected.group according to the numerical random method, divided into observation group and control group, there were 43 cases in each group, the control group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride,the observation group was treated with olanzapine combined with paroxetine hydrochloride. compare the therapeutic effect. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.67%.TheScore of 4 whamd-17(10.35±4.78) and SDS(31.79±10.18), Score of 8 whamd-17(5.61±2.61), SDS(19.78±5.38), Mental health score(50.28±2.38), Social function score(48.91±7.91) Body health score(48.72±8.22) points are better than the control group 79.07%,(17.29±5.39),(41.31±12.28),(16.51±6.38),(28.89±6.75),(41.78±5.19),(40.28±6.62),(41.81±7.61), compared with statistical significance(P<0.05);However, there was no statistical significance in the comparison of material life scores between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion Olanzapine combined with paroxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of depression is significantly better than single drug, can effectively improve the negative mood of patients, improve the therapeutic effect, it is worth promoting.
