摘要
本试验选取1日龄健康、体重相近的817肉鸡960只(公母各半),随机分为8个处理,其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,抗生素组在基础日粮基础上添加0.1%莫能菌素,其余6组分别在基础日粮中添加5×10^9CFU/kg的地衣芽孢杆菌(DYYB)、短小芽孢杆菌(DXYB)、双歧杆菌(SQGJ)、酵母菌(JMJ)、枯草芽孢杆菌(KCYB)、乳酸菌(RSJ),进行为期49天的试验,旨在探讨饲喂不同益生菌对817肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数和血液生化指标的影响。结果表明:不同益生菌对公、母鸡在不同生长阶段的平均日采食量、平均日增重、料重比等均有影响,部分达显著水平;饲喂DYYB、JMJ日粮显著提高了母鸡的法氏囊指数;日粮添加DYYB、KCYB分别降低公鸡血清胆固醇水平、母鸡血清中甘油三酯水平;基础日粮中添加DXYB、JMJ、KCYB、RSJ显著降低了母鸡乳酸脱氢酶水平。结论:不同益生菌单独饲喂在提高公母鸡的生长性能、免疫器官指数以及降低血脂、胆固醇水平中均具有不同优势,并可发挥护肝、护心脏的作用;依据各益生菌对家禽生长发育的不同调控优势进行合理复配,对于生产中提高家禽生产效益具有重要作用。
A total of 960 one-day-old 817 chicks(half male and half female)were randomly assigned into 8 groups(6 replicates per group and 20 chicks per replicate).The control group was fed normal diets,the probiotics group was fed normal diet supplemented with 0.1%Monensin,and the other groups were fed normal diets supplemented with 5×10^9 CFU/kg Bacillus licheniformis(DYYB),Bacillus bumilus(DXYB),Bifidobacterium(SQGJ),Saccharomycetes(JMJ),Bacillus subtilis(KCYB)and Lactobacillus(RSJ),respectively.The experiment lasted for 49 days and the production performance,immune organ index,and blood biochemical index of broilers were detected to investigate the feeding effect of probiotics.The results showed that different probiotics had effects on the average daily feed intake,average daily gain and feed-gain ratio of male and female broilers during different growth periods and most were significant.DYYB and JMJ supplementation significantly increased the indexes of bursa of Fabricius and thymus of female broilers.DYYB and KCYB supplementation decreased the serum cholesterol level of male broilers and the serum triglyceride level of female broilers.DXYB,JMJ,KCYB and RSJ supplementation significantly decreased the lactic dehydrogenase level in the serum of female broilers.In conclusion,different probiotics had different advantages in improving growth performance and immune organ index and decreasing blood lipid and cholesterol levels in male and female broilers,and also protecting heart and liver.It indicated that different probiotics could be compounded rationally according to their different effects on the growth and development of poultry,which would play important role on increasing the production benefit of poultry.
