摘要 泌乳素型垂体腺瘤(PRL)是临床上发病率最高的垂体肿瘤,由垂体泌乳素细胞过度分泌垂体泌乳素引起高泌乳素血症从而导致男性患者阳痿不育或女性患者月经紊乱甚至不孕。目前临床治疗首选为口服溴隐亭或卡麦角林为代表的多巴胺受体激动剂为主,这类药物直接作用于腺垂体抑制泌乳素的分泌,从而达到降低血液泌乳素水平的目的,但是经口服药物治疗后仍约1/4患者泌乳素水平不能恢复到正常范围内。白藜芦醇是一种从植物中提取的多酚类化合物,它广泛存在于虎杖、葡萄等植物中,在文献报道中具有多种生物活性,如有植物雌激素、抗肿瘤、保护心血管等作用。本文以白藜芦醇抗垂体泌乳素瘤的作用机制为综述,为PRL的治疗提供一种新思路。 Prolactin-type pituitary adenoma is the highest clinically occurring pituitary tumor.Hyperprolactinemia is caused by excessive secretion of pituitary prolactin by pituitary prolactin cells,which leads to impotence infertility in male patients or menstrual disorders or infertility in female patients.At present,oral dopamine receptor agonists such as bromocriptine or cabergoline are the first choice for clinical treatment.These drugs directly affect the pituitary gland to inhibit the secretion of prolactin,thereby reducing the blood prolactin level.Approximately one-quarter of patients who remained on oral medication did not return to normal levels.Resveratrol is a polyphenolic compound extracted from plants.It is widely present in plants such as Polygonum cuspidatum and grapes,and has a variety of biological activities in the literature,such as phytoestrogens,antitumor,and cardiovascular protection.This article reviews the mechanism of resveratrol against pituitary prolactinoma and provides a new idea for the treatment of prolactin pituitary tumor.
