摘要
本文从理解发明的角度,提出了基于"采用___技术手段,利用___功能原理,解决___技术问题,达到___技术效果"的检索策略,分析了功能原理、技术问题、技术效果与技术手段之间的关系,并通过案例从不同角度阐述了该检索策略的可行性,经过验证,从理解发明角度制定的检索策略,思路清晰、表达准确,尤其适用一些传统检索策略无法有效检索的疑难案例,能够提高检索效率并避免漏检。
This paper proposes the formulation of search strategies from the perspective of understanding the invention,which is based on"using___technical mean,utilizing___technical principle,solving___technical problem,achieving___technical effect".The relationship among technical principle,technical problem,technical effect and technical mean is analyzed,and the feasibility of the search strategies is analyzed from different angles through different cases.The results show that the search strategies from the perspective of understanding the invention make the intentions clear and are more suitable for difficult cases than traditional search strategies.With the aforementioned search strategies,the search efficiency is improved and the omission of searching is avoided.
