摘要
利用三维虚拟试衣软件模拟虚拟织物的悬垂性能试验,测量虚拟织物的各悬垂性指标。选取并测量具有代表性的41块精纺毛织物的悬垂性能,筛选出这些精纺毛织物悬垂系数和波纹数所在区间相近的试验数据,进行相关分析和回归分析,建立虚拟织物主要属性参数与真实精纺毛织物3个主要悬垂性指标的回归方程,并对方程进行验证,验证结果与预期结果相符。通过回归方程,可以根据真实精纺毛织物的3个悬垂性指标得到在计算机三维环境中虚拟精纺毛织物的主要属性参数值,更加真实地模拟虚拟织物的垂感。
3D virtual apparel fitting system was applied to simulate drapability test of virtual fabrics,to test the drapability indexes of virtual fabrics.41 pieces of representative worsted fabrics were sampled for testing the drapability,and the test data of the fabrics within a similar range in terms of draping coefficient and ripple was filtered out for correlation analysis and regression analysis.The regression equation of main attribute parameters of virtual fabrics and the three main drapability indexes of real fabrics was established,and the equation was verified to be in agreement with the expected result.With the regression equation,the main attribute parameters of virtual worsted fabrics in three-dimensional computer environment can be obtained according to the three drapability indexes of real worsted fabrics,to simulate the drapability of virtual fabrics better.
