摘要
茯苓是我国一种具有悠久药用历史的传统中药,茯苓多糖具有免疫调节及抗肿瘤等多种药理功能。本实验探究一种新的液体深层培养与静置培养相结合的液体静置发酵法生产茯苓多糖,对最适液体培养时间和静置培养时间进行研究。发现最适静置前液体培养时间为3 d,最适静置培养时间为10 d,胞内多糖含量达到9.8 g/100gCDW,产量达到1.28 g/L,可见液体静置发酵是一种生产茯苓多糖的理想方法。
Poria cocos is a traditional Chinese medicine with a long medicinal history in China.P.cocos polysaccharide is the most effective active ingredient.It has many pharmacological functions such as immune regulation and anti-tumor.This experiment explored a new method to produce P.cocos polysaccharide by submerged culture combined with static culture.It was found that 3 d liquid cultivation combine with 10 d static incubation,the content and yield of intracellular polysaccharides of P.cocos reached 9.8 g/100 g CDW and 1.28 g/L,respectively.Therefore,liquid static fermentation is an ideal method for P.Cocos polysaccharides production.
