摘要
DB模式在我国公路建设中日渐增多,它可以应用到越来越多的工程中,传统的项目管理模式下必须要按照设计-招投标-施工的顺序依次进行,而现如今,DB模式可以采用多种模式,可以实现设计、采购、施工和试运行相结合的模式,可以缩短项目的建设工期。本文以具体案例工程为基础,利用DB合同中的多层结构分析,对根据DB模式的公路工程造价进行合同的控制和管理项目进行专题解析,希望为工程建设提供可持续发展建议。
The DB mode is increasing in China's highway construction,and it can be applied to more and more projects.Under the traditional project management mode,it must be performed in the order of design-bidding-construction,and now,the DB mode can adopt various modes,which can realize combination of design,procurement,construction and trial operation,thus shortening the construction period of the project.Based on the specific case engineering,this paper uses the multi-layer structure analysis in the DB contract to analyze the control and management projects of the highway engineering cost based on the DB mode.The project hopes to provide sustainable development suggestions for the project construction.
