摘要
当前我国的建筑行业正处于快速发展阶段,建筑项目的规模也是不断扩大,而建筑项目数量的增多在推动了建筑行业发展的同时,也在很大程度上带动了我国国民经济的增长。现阶段,随着建筑行业竞争的预加激烈,各建筑企业逐渐加强了对建筑项目管理的重视程度,通过加强建筑工程的施工管理来对工程的质量提供有效的保障,而施工进度作为建筑工程施工中的一项重要内容,可以对工程项目的管理水平进行有效的反映,进而在最大程度上提高建筑工程的效益。
