摘要
我国的货币市场基金在互联网的普及推动下得到了稳定而又快速的发展,凭借着自己的高流动性、高收益、高便利性以及低门槛的优势,在未来的这个金融舞台上有着令人期待的潜力。同时,为了规范快速发展的货币基金,合适的监管法规是必要的,推进各监管部门之间以及国际合作,加强对市场的管控,提高人民对货币市场基金的充分认识也是毋庸置疑的好方法。本文首先分析了货币市场基金的发展现状、然后从其影响和风险点出发,剖析了监管情况,最后尝试提出相应的分析建议。
China's money market funds have developed steadily and rapidly under the impetus of the popularization of the Internet.With their advantages of high liquidity,high yield,high convenience and low thresholds,they have expected potential in this future financial stage.At the same time,in order to regulate the fast-growing currency funds,appropriate regulatory regulation is necessary and is also an unquestionable good method to promote the cooperation between various regulatory authorities and international cooperation,strengthen market control,and improve people's full understanding of money market funds.This article firstly analyzes the development status of money market funds,then analyzes the regulatory situation from its impact and risk points,and finally attempts to put forward corresponding analysis suggestions.
