摘要
针对阳煤五矿褶皱构造发育、片帮冒顶严重、化学浆注浆成本高昂的问题,分析认为褶皱构造治理应从提前预防的角度出发,在两顺槽内对褶皱构造超前预注浆加固,提高构造区煤岩体完整性和强度,避免工作面停采,设计了40 m试验区注浆加固方案,介绍了两种新型无机注浆材料,并进行了现场试验。结果表明:双液注浆材料用于浅部裂隙封堵,单液注浆材料用于深部扩散加固,成本不足化学浆的1/5;与未注浆区域相比,注浆区域未发生冒顶,推进速度由0.8 m/d提高到2.5 m/d,注浆区域未使用化学浆,工作面采用新型无机注浆材料后,与化学浆相比,每米节约注浆费用1.075万元,经济效益显著。
Aiming at the problems of the development of fold structure,serious roof falling and rib spalling,and high cost of chemical slurry grouting at YangQuan group,the analysis suggests that the fold structure treatment should be based on the advanced prevention and advanced pre-grouting reinforcement of the fold structure in the airway and beltway.In order to improve the integrity and strength of coal and rock mass in the structural area and avoid stoppage of mining face,a grouting reinforcement scheme for the 40 m test area was designed,two new types of inorganic grouting materials were introduced,and field tests were carried out.The results show that the two-liquid grouting material is used for shallow structure,and the single-liquid grouting material is used for deep structure.The cost is less than one-fifth of the chemical slurry.Compared with the non-grouting area,no roof falling occured,the mining speed was increased from 0.8 m/d to 2.5 m/d,no chemical slurry was used in the grouting area,and compared with chemical slurry mechanism,the grouting cost per meter was saved by 10.75 million Yuan,achieved significant economic benefits.
