地铁区间盾构下穿密集房屋群的三维有限元分析 被引量:4

摘要 通过对东莞地铁1号线某盾构法隧道在下穿密集房屋群处的掘进过程的计算模拟,分析研究了在不同掌子面掘进压力和不同盾尾注浆压力下地表和房屋位移变化规律,以及不同处理措施对洞内截桩房屋的沉降影响,得出以下结论:掌子面掘进压力对于控制地表和地面建筑沉降方面,效果显著大于盾尾同步注浆压力的作用;地面房屋的基础形式及与隧道的位置关系是影响其竖向位移的重要因素,应结合房屋不同情况采取针对性处理措施;地基加固比基础托换更利于控制房屋沉降,且两者同时采用的必要性不大。 Based on the calculation and simulation of the tunneling process of a shield tunnel in Dongguan Metro Line 1 under the dense buildings,this paper analyzes and studies the change rule of the displacement of the ground and the buildings under the different driving pressure and different grouting pressure of the shield tail,and the influence of different treatment measures on the settlement of the houses with cut-off piles in the tunnel.The following conclusions are drawn:the driving pressure of the tunnel face is for the control area in terms of surface and ground building settlement,the effect is significantly greater than that of shield tail synchronous grouting pressure;the foundation form of ground building and the position relationship with the tunnel are important factors affecting its vertical displacement,and targeted treatment measures should be taken in combination with different situations of the building;foundation reinforcement is more conducive to controlling the building settlement than foundation underpinning,and the necessity of using both is not great.
