摘要
以某卧式加工中心立柱为优化对象,基于优化设计软件Isight,通过试验设计和有限元分析,构建立柱设计变量与优化目标的径向基函数神经网络模型。构建寻优数学模型,并利用NGSA-Ⅱ优化算法进行求解,完成对卧式加工中心立柱的优化。结果表明,优化后的立柱质量减少3.90%,最大变形降低8.52%,首阶固有频率提高1.78%。
Taking a horizontal machining center column as the optimization object,based on the optimization design software Isight,the radial basis function neural network model of the column design variable and the optimization target is established through experimental design and finite element analysis.The optimization mathematical model is constructed and solved by the NGSA-Ⅱ optimization algorithm to complete the optimization of the horizontal machining center column.The results show that the optimized column quality is reduced by 3.90%,the maximum deformation is reduced by 8.52%,and the first-order natural frequency is increased by 1.78%.
