摘要
目的探究止嗽散合三拗汤加减治疗急性气管-支气管炎风寒犯肺证临床效果。方法选取2018年6月-2019年4月接受治疗的风寒犯肺证急性气管-支气管炎患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各45例。对照组给予克拉霉素片治疗,观察组在此基础上联合止嗽散合三拗汤治疗。对比2组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分及炎症因子水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后中医证候积分、IL-6及IL-8炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论止嗽散合三拗汤加减治疗急性气管-支气管炎风寒犯肺证可获得较好的临床效果,能够有效改善患者临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,利于机体免疫功能的调节,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhisou powder and Sanniu decoction in the treatment of acute tracheal-bronchitis with syndrome of wind-cold invading lung.Methods Ninety patients with acute tracheal-bronchitis were enrolled in our hospital from June 20 to April 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clarithromycin tablets,and the observation group was treated with Zhisou powder and Sanniu decoction on this basis.The clinical efficacy of the two groups,TCM syndrome scores and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The scores of TCM syndrome,IL-6 and IL-8 inflammatory factors were lower than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhisou powder and Sanniu decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of acute tracheal-bronchitis and cold lung syndrome.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and facilitate the regulation of immune function.It is worthy of popularization and application.
