摘要
大学生党员作为高校学生群体的先进代表,是高校开展思想政治教育工作重要的对象。高校辅导员作为大学生党员接触最为频繁、关系最为密切的教师角色,无疑是新时代培养党的接班人,是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量。在新中国成立70周年的历史背景下,深入分析概括高校辅导员对大学生党员的政治引领的内容,积极发挥高校辅导员对大学生党员的政治引领,直接关系到提升高校思想政治工作质量和培育时代新人的宏伟叙事,在坚持党对教育文化事业的全面领导、推动高校党建文化新发展等不同的维度均体现了时代新意。
As an advanced representative of college student groups,college student party members are important targets for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.College counselors,as the most frequent and most closely related teacher role of college student party members,are undoubtedly the successors of the party in the new era and the backbone of the ideological and political education of college students.In the historical background of the 70 th anniversary of the founding of New China,an in-depth analysis and summary of the content of political guidance of college counselors to college student party members and actively exerting the political guidance of college counselors to college student party members is directly related to improving the quality of college ideological and political work and cultivating the times The magnificent narrative of the newcomers reflects the new ideas of the times in different dimensions,such as adhering to the party’s overall leadership of education and culture,and promoting the new development of party building culture in colleges and universities.
