摘要
目的探讨益肾导邪解毒汤联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法选择本院2018年3月至2019年5月收治的74例糖尿病肾病患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各37例。对照组采用前列地尔配合其他西药常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服益肾导邪解毒汤,比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后尿蛋白、尿肌酐、尿素氮水平及用药后不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,尿蛋白、尿氮素、尿肌酐水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论应用前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病加入益肾导邪解毒汤疗效显著,有利于功能器官恢复,减少尿蛋白,且不会增加不良反应,临床应用安全可靠。
Objective To explore the effect of Yishendaoxiejiedu Decoction combined with alprostadil on diabetic nephropathy.Methods A to tal of 74 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group with a random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alprostadil combined with other western medicines.The observation group was supplemented with Yishendaoxiejiedu decoction on the basis of the control group.Comparison of treatment effects,urine protein,urine creatinine,urea nitrogen levels and adverse reactions after treatment between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of urinary protein,urinary nitrogen,and urinary creatinine were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion The application of alprostadil to diabetic nephropathy with Yishendaoxiejiedu Decoction has significant curative effect,which is beneficial to the recovery of functional organs,reduces uri nary protein,does not increase adverse reactions,and is safe and reliable in clinical application.
