Objective To analyze the effect of early micro-feeding combined with non-nutritive sucking on neonates with feeding intolerance af ter asphyxia. Methods 60 neonates with feeding intolerance after asphyxia were randomly divided into control group and observation group from August 2017 to February 2019,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with non-nutritive sucking, while the observation group was treated with early micro-feeding combined with non-nutritive sucking. The recovery time of total enteral nutrition, birth weight, serum total bili rubin level and complications of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the recovery time of total enteral nutrition and birth weight of newborns in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05);The albumin level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the total bilirubin level was lower than that in the control group, the dif ference was significant(P<0.05);the complication rate in the observation group was 6.67%,lower than that in the control group(10.00%),but there was no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion Early micro-feeding combined with non-nutritive sucking therapy can shorten the total enteral nutrition and recovery time of birth weight, improve the serum total bilirubin level of neonates with feeding intolerance after asphyx ia,and has a high therapeutic safety.
