摘要
流行性感冒是由流感病毒引起的一种急性呼吸道传染病,若合并肺部感染,多为继发肺炎形成,为流感重症,不仅影响生活工作,甚至威胁生命健康。西医治疗流感继发肺炎多采用抗病毒药物联合抗生素甚至激素,然而大剂量、长疗程使用抗生素有耐药风险,激素有不良作用较多的缺点。文章介绍上海市名老中医吴昆仑治疗流感重症继发肺炎经验。早期以寒凉之品着重清热解毒,后期以温、平之药健脾气养肺阴以固本。发挥中医药的优势,减少抗生素的长期大量使用甚至避免激素的应用,有一定的临床研究价值。
Influenza is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by influenza virus.If combined with pulmonary infection,most of them are secondary pneumonia,which is severe for influenza,which not only affects life and work,but also threatens life and health.Western medicine often uses antiviral drugs combined with antibiotics and even hormones in the treatment of influenza secondary pneumonia.However,high dose,long course of use of antibiotics has the risk of drug resistance,hormones have many side effects.Wu Kunlun’s experience in treating severe pneumonia caused by influenza was introduced.In the early stage,plenty of cool nature products such as heat-clearing and detoxicating were used,while in the later stage,the emphases were laid on strengthening the spleen and tonifying the lung in order to improve the prognosis.Taking advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,reducing the long-term use of antibiotics and even avoiding the use of hormones have certain clinical research value.
