摘要
荧光探针凭借其高灵敏度、高选择性和良好的生物相容性等优点而广受关注,随着主客体化学的迅速发展,许多具有优良性能荧光分子探针相继被报道。本文综述了近年来荧光分子探针在金离子检测方面的相关文献报道,系统阐述了其研究现状和研究进展,并提出此类荧光探针目前存在的问题和今后发展的趋势。
Fluorescent probes have attracted much attention due to their high sensitivity,high selectivity and good biocompatibility.With the rapid development of host-guest chemistry,many fluorescent molecular probes with excellent performance had been reported.In this paper,recent literature reports on the detection of gold ions in fluorescent molecular probes are reviewed.The current research status and research progress are systematically presented,and the current problems and future development trends of such fluorescent probes are proposed.
