摘要
以提倡农业科技创新、加大金融支持力度为背景,利用2007—2016年省际面板数据,实证考察政策投入、商业信贷对农业科技创新效率的影响。在运用DEA模型对农业科技创新效率进行测度的基础上,采用面板数据固定效应模型实证检验政策性资金投入、商业信贷支持对农业科技创新效率的的作用效果。结果表明:商业信贷能够显著提升我国农业科技创新效率,而政策投入的影响效果因地域差异而有不同表现。
Under the background of advocating agricultural science and technology innovation and increasing financial support,this paper empirically investigates the impact of policy input and commercial credit on the efficiency of agricultural science and technology innovation by using the provincial panel data of 2007-2016.Based on the DEA model to measure the efficiency of agricultural science and technology innovation,this paper uses panel data fixed effect model to empirically test the effect of policy capital investment and commercial credit support on the efficiency of agricultural science and technology innovation.The results showed that commercial credit can significantly improve the efficiency of agricultural science and technology innovation in China,and the effect of policy input varies according to regional differences.
