摘要
使用熔体快淬法制备了Ni44 Ag6 Mn38 Sn12合金样品,并通过X射线衍射仪和PPMS磁性测量,分析了合金样品的晶体结构和磁热效应。研究结果表明,在室温条件下合金样品的晶体结构为L21立方奥氏体型;通过热磁曲线可知,在220K附近合金样品出现马氏体相变;同时在室温附近存在居里温度为311K的顺磁态-铁磁态的二级磁相变。此外,由等温磁化曲线可知在马氏体相变附近磁化强度变化剧烈,根据Maxwell方程,合金样品在5T的外加磁场下,227K时最大磁熵变达到较高的11.38J/kg·K,相对制冷量同时达到113.8J/kg。
The Ni 44 Ag 6Mn 38 Sn 12 alloy sample was obtained by melt-spinning,and the phase structure,martensitic transformation and magnetostructural transition behavior were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and magnetic property measurement(PPMS).The results indicated that,the sample presents L21 structures at room temperature,the martensitic transformation occurs around 220K,while the second-order magnetostructural transition appears near room temperature.Moreover,the isothermal magnetization curve shows dramatic changes on magetization intensity near martensitic transformation.The magnetic entropy change in this sample calculated by the integrated Maxwell relation reaches the maximum values of the|ΔS M|=11.38J/kg·K,while the value of RCP increases to 113.8J/kg at 227K under the magnetic field of 5T.
