摘要
目的:分析对尿毒症高磷血症行以碳酸司维拉姆联合小剂量碳酸钙治疗的临床效果。方法:从2018年6月~2019年1月择取54例尿毒症高磷血症患者,随机分成两组。对照组27例行以碳酸钙治疗,研究组27例行以碳酸司维拉姆联合小剂量碳酸钙治疗,对照分析两组临床效果。结果:从矿物质骨代谢指标来看,治疗前钙、磷、钙磷乘积、ALP以及iPTH对比无显著差异,治疗后研究组钙、磷、钙磷乘积均优于对照组,P<0.05,ALP以及iPTH组间无显著差异,P>0.05;从脂代谢指标来看,治疗前两组TC、TG、LDL-C、HLD-C对比无显著差异,治疗后研究组LDL-C、HLD-C均优于对照组,P<0.05,TC、TG组间无显著差异,P>0.05;从肾功能指标来看,治疗前两组Cr、BUN对比无显著差异,治疗后研究组Cr、BUN均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对尿毒症高磷血症行以碳酸司维拉姆联合小剂量碳酸钙治疗的临床效果确切,不仅可以使矿物质骨代谢指标得到改善,还可以使脂代谢指标以及肾功能指标得到改善,临床价值显著。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of low dose calcium carbonate combined with sveram carbonate in the treatment of uremic patients with hyperphosphatemia. Methods:From June 2018 to January 2019,54 patients with uremic hyperphosphatemia were randomly divided into two groups. 27 patients in the control group were treated with calcium carbonate. 27 patients in the study group were treated with sveram carbonate combined with low-dose calcium carbonate. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Result:There was no statistical difference in calcium,phosphorus,calcium-phosphorus product,ALP and iPTH before treatment. After treatment,the calcium,phosphorus and calcium-phosphorus product in the study group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05. There was no statistical difference between the ALP and the iPTH groups(P>0.05). After treatment,LDL-C and HLD-C in the study group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05,TC and TG groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05);from the renal function indicators,there was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment,and after treatment,Cr and BUN in the study group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05. Conclusion:The clinical effect of Sveram carbonate combined with low-dose calcium carbonate in the treatment of uremic patients with hyperphosphatism is definite. It can not only improve the mineral bone metabolism index,but also improve the lipid metabolism index and renal function index. The clinical value of Sveram carbonate combined with low-dose calcium carbonate is remarkable.
