摘要
在筒形、环形锻件和其他异形锻件的无损检测中常使用横波斜探头检测。由于斜波束在锻件中的入射角度原因,其在工件内部会发生结构反射,导致发生波形转换,产生异常的非缺陷回波,给检测工作带来困扰。本文将着重描述一种典型的近端面非缺陷回波,为今后检测工作提供参考。
Transverse wave oblique probe is often used in nondestructive test of cylindrical,ring and other special-shaped forgings.Due to the incident angle of the oblique beam in the forging,structural reflection will occur inside the workpiece,resulting in waveform conversion and abnormal non-defect echo,which will bring trouble to the detection work.This paper will focus on describing a typical near-end non-defect echo,providing a reference for future detection work.
