摘要
建立了己二胺生产废水中1,6-己二胺、顺式1,2-环己二胺、反式1,2-环己二胺等化合物含量的柱前衍生超高效液相色谱分析方法,优化了色谱分析条件,绘制了标准曲线,并对实际试样进行测定。实验结果表明,1,6-己二胺、顺式1,2-环己二胺、反式1,2-环己二胺含量分别在1.14~228.40,2.02~201.5,2.13~193.64 mg/L范围内与对应的峰面积呈现良好的线性相关,R2分别为0.998 9,0.999 1,0.999 5,方法的检出限在0.33~0.61 mg/L范围内,定量限在1.10~2.03 mg/L范围内;实际试样的加标回收率为95.1%~105.6%,相对标准偏差不超过2.1%(n=6)。该方法高效灵敏,是一种测定己二胺生产废水中主要有机胺的有效分析方法。
A pre-column derivatization method was established for determination of organic amine by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)in waste water from 1,6-hexanediamine production.The chromatographic conditions were optimized.The standard curve was plotted and the actual sample was calibrated accordingly.The results showed good linear relationships between peak area and concentration of 1,6-hexanediamine,cis-1,2-diaminocyclohexane and trans-1,2-diaminocyclohexane in the range of 1.14-228.40,2.02-201.5 and 2.13-193.64 mg/L,respectively.The coefficients of correlation was 0.9989,0.9991 and 0.9995,respectively.The detection limits were around 0.33-0.61 mg/L.The limits of quantification were around 1.10-2.03 mg/L.The recoveries were in the range from 95.1%to 105.6%.The relative standard deviations were within 2.1%(n=6).This method is highly efficient and sensitive,and is an effective method for determining the main organic amines in 1,6-hexanediamine diamine production wastewater.
