摘要
某热电厂项目受淤泥地质影响,地下挖深受限(不大于7 m),典型汽车卸煤沟设计(典型设计)不适用。故创造性提出了四缝浅式汽车卸煤沟设计方案(优化设计),并成功地应用于了该项目。对两设计的地下挖深、受煤缓冲能力、抑尘性能及经济性进行分析,结果表明:优化设计合理可行,地质适应性强,可供设计参考;在相同除尘技术措施条件下,优化设计的抑尘性优于典型设计,优化设计的经济性和能耗均优于典型设计。
A thermal power plant project is affected by silt geological,and the deep of underground excavation is limited(not more than 7 m),so the typical design of coal discharge ditch(typical design)is not applicable.Therefore,a creative design scheme of four-seam shallow truck unloading ditch(optimization design)was proposed and successfully applied to the project.The underground excavation,coal buffering capacity,dust suppression performance and economy of the two designs were analyzed,The results show that the optimal design is reasonable and feasible,and the geological adaptability is strong,which can be used for reference.Under the same technical measures,the optimal design is better than the typical design,the economy and energy consumption of the design are better than typical design.
