平均数控制图法检验GM计数管环境应力一致性

摘要 从GM计数管质量一致性检验和实际使用情况来看,高、低温环境应力是所有检验性能中问题最多的,而现有相关检验和验收规范中给出的规定值置信度不明确,本文提出利用平均数控制图的方法,对计数管高、低温环境应力进行检验,并以端窗式 GM计数管为例,对计数管高、低温环境应力一致性进行了试验和检验.试验结果表明,平均数控制图法在GM计数管环境应力一致性检验中能够准确给出置信区间并对GM计数管进行分类;最后利用LABVIEW软件开发构建了GM计数管环境应力一致性筛选软件,实现数据的采集、监测和分析能方便、快速、准确地得出试验结果. It is not clear till now how test the confidence of the prescribed values given by the current acceptance criteria for the adaptability of GM counter tubes in high and low temperature environments.In this paper,an average numerical control mapping method is proposed to test the consistency of stress in high and low temperature environments of end-window GM counter tubes.The experimental results show that the average numerical control chart method can give the confidence interval and classify GM counter accurately in the environmental consistency test of GM counter tube.Finally,the software of environmental stress consistency screening of GM counter tube is developed by using the software of LABVIEW,which realizes data collection,monitoring and analysis,and can quickly and accurately get the test results.
