摘要
在田间试验条件下,对3个施氮水平下的6个新疆粳稻审定品种8项性状指标进行考查和分析,划分各品种的不同氮效率类型,为氮高效水稻品种的筛选和指标鉴定提供依据。在不同施氮水平下,对粳稻品种各性状的相对值进行描述性统计分析表明,不同性状的变异系数呈现出较大的差异;就各性状的平均值而言,叶面积指数和SPAD值在不同施氮水平间的差异达极显著水平;就氮效率综合值而言,不同施氮水平间因品种不同而表现出较大差异。依据品种在不同施氮水平下的氮效率综合值,将各品种划分为氮高效型、低氮高效型、高氮高效型和氮低效型4种氮效率类型。新稻41号为氮高效型;新稻36号和新稻45号为低氮高效型;新稻11号为高氮高效型;新稻44号和新稻47号为氮低效型。相关性分析表明,有效穗数、叶面积指数和SPAD值可作为新疆粳稻品种成熟期氮高效评价的关键鉴定指标。
Eight traits of six registered japonica rice varieties in Xinjiang were investigated and analyzed under three nitrogen application(N) levels in field conditions.The types of different N efficiency were classified to provide the basis for screening rice varieties and identifying trait indices for high N efficiency.Descriptive statistical analysis of the relative values of each trait of japonica rice varieties under different N levels showed that the coefficients of variation(CV) had a great difference among different traits.In terms of the mean value,the leaf area index(LAI) and SPAD value had a very significant difference at the 1% level among the N levels.In terms of the comprehensive value of nitrogen efficiency(P),it varied greatly with rice varieties under different N levels.Based on the P value of rice variety under different N levels,the tested japonica rice varieties were classified into four N efficiency types.Xindao 41 was the type of high N efficiency;Xindao 36 and Xindao 45 were the type of high N efficiency under low N levels;Xindao 11 was the type of high N efficiency under high N levels;Xindao 44 and Xindao 47 were the type of low N efficiency.The correlation analysis showed that the number of effective panicles,LAI and SPAD value were the key identifying trait indices for evaluating high N efficiency at the maturity stage of japonica rice varieties in Xinjiang.
