摘要
手性农药进入环境后其对映体的环境行为表现出差异性,研究手性农药的对映体结构及选择性环境行为对发展高效低风险农药具有重要意义。对国内近10年来结晶拆分法、酶拆分法、液液萃取拆分法、化学拆分法、色谱拆分法等方法在手性农药对映体拆分中的应用,以及手性农药在水体、土壤、动植物体等手性环境中的选择性环境行为研究进展进行了综述,并对其趋势进行了展望。
Chiral pesticides exhibit different environmental behaviors when they enter the environment. It is important to study the enantiomeric structure and enantioselective environmental behavior of chiral pesticides for the development of efficient and low-risk pesticides. The paper reviewed the application of crystallization separation,enzyme split method,the liquid-liquid extraction separation method,chemical separation,chromatographic separation methods in enantiomeric resolution of chiral pesticides in recent 10 years,as well as the research progress of the enantioselective environmental behavior of chiral environment in water,soil,animals and plants,and its research trend was prospected.
