计及新能源出力不确定性和柔性负荷可控电网网损优化方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 大规模风电等新能源出力的随机波动特性会对电网的网损带来一定影响。本文提出了一种计及新能源出力不确定性和柔性负荷可控的电网网损优化方法。该方法将风电出力的不确定性因素考虑到电网网损评估方法中,在此基础上建立考虑柔性负荷可控性的电网两层网损优化模型,并通过校正内点优化算法进行求解。算例结果表明:考虑风电出力不确定性的网损评估更能适应当前电网节能降损的需求,而通过柔性负荷的可控性则能够降低大规模风电接入电网的网损。 The stochastic fluctuation characteristics of large-scale wind power and other new energy output have a certain impact on the grid loss. This paper presents an optimization method of power loss considering the uncertainties of new energy output and the controllability of flexible load. In this method, the uncertainties of wind power output are taken into account in the power loss assessment method. On this basis, a two-layer power loss optimization model considering the controllability of flexible loads is established and solved by correcting the interior point optimization algorithm. The results show that the loss assessment considering the uncertainties of wind power output can better meet the current demand of energy saving and loss reduction of power grid, and the loss of large-scale wind power connected to power grid can be reduced by the controllability of flexible load.
