摘要
目的:运用中药药剂学知识,选用中药提取液作为灸疗药饼这一特定剂型的黏合剂。方法:选取部分含有黏性或胶质性的中药材或植物器官,用适当的溶液提取,然后配制成不同浓度的黏合剂。结果:选取的2种具有黏性成分的中药配制的黏合剂,均能机制压饼,并达到要求。结论:中药成分的黏合剂制作灸疗药饼是可行的,而且顺应中医组方原则,具有鲜明的中医药理论特色。
Objective:By using the knowledge of the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy,we select the extracting solution of the traditional Chinese medicine as the adhesive of moxibustion medicine cake which is a specific dosage form.Methods:select the part of Chinese medicinal materials or plant organs containing viscous or colloidal materials,extracted with an appropriate solution,and then formulated into adhesives with different concentrations.Results:Two adhesives selected,and formulated by Chinese medicines with viscous components can press both of the cakes mechanically and meet requirements.Conclusion:It is feasible to make moxibustion medicinal cake with the adhesive of traditional Chinese medicine compositions,and it conforms to the principle of traditional Chinese medicine formula,and has distinctive characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine theory.
