摘要
目的:分析耳穴联合灸法对预防痔疮手术患者术后尿潴留的临床价值。方法:2018年1月-2019年4月选取手术治疗痔疮患者78例,随机分为两组,各39例。对照组术后采取常规治疗干预,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合耳穴压豆与艾灸疗法。比较两组效果。结果:观察组术后干预排尿总有效率显著高于对照组,术后尿潴留发生率显著低于对照组,术后首次排尿时间显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆与艾灸疗法有利于预防痔疮手术患者术后尿潴留的发生。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of auricular points combined with moxibustion therapy in the prevention of postoperative urinary retention after hemorrhoids surgery.Methods:From January 2018 to April 2019,78 patients with hemorrhoids treated by surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 39 cases in each.After the operation,the control group was given routine treatment intervention,the observation group was given auricular points plaster therapy and moxibustion therapy intervention on the basis of routine treatment.We compared the intervention effect between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of urination intervention in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the incidence of postoperative urinary retention was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the first time for urination after operation was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular points plaster therapy and moxibustion therapy are beneficial to prevent postoperative urinary retention after hemorrhoid surgery.
