摘要
目的:探讨胰胆舒颗粒联合生长抑素治疗内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)术后胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:2017年10月-2018年10月收治行ERCP术后并发胰腺炎患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组给予注射用生长抑素治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用胰胆舒颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后临床总有效率和症状消失时间均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胰胆舒颗粒联合生长抑素治疗ERCP术后胰腺炎的疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗,能缩短临床症状消失时间。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of yidanshu granule combined with somatostatin in the treatment of pancreatitis after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Methods:70 patients with post ERCP pancreatitis were selected from October 2017 to October 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with injection of somatostatin,and the treatment group was treated with yidanshu granule on the basis of the injection of somatostatin.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate and symptom disappearance time in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of yidanshu granule combined with somatostatin on pancreatitis is obviously better than that of using western medicine alone,which can shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms.
