摘要
目的:探析对精神科开放病区患者应用精细化护理管理模式的效果及影响。方法:选取精神科开放病区患者200例,随机分为两组各100例。对照组给予常规护理干预;观察组给予精细化护理管理模式。对比两组患者家属满意度及护理效果。结果:观察组护理后精神量表评分情况显著优于对照组,观察组患者家属满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对精神科开放病区患者,采用精细化护理管理模式可显著减少不良事件的发生率,降低医患纠纷,有效提升护理质量。
Objective:To explore the application effect of fine nursing management mode in open ward of psychiatric department.Methods:200 patients in the open psychiatric ward were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 100 patients in each.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given fine nursing management mode.We compared the family satisfaction and nursing effect of the two groups.Results:After nursing,the mental scale score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of patients'family members was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients in the open ward of psychiatry department,the fine nursing management mode can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events,reduce doctor-patient disputes,and effectively improve the quality of nursing.
