摘要
目的:探讨心脏起搏器植入术实施护理干预的临床护理措施与效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治接受心脏起搏器植入术患者90例,随机分为两组各45例。观察组给予整体护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预,比较两组护理效果及并发症发生率。结果:观察组术后舒适度及满意度明显高于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心脏起搏器植入术中实施整体护理干预,可有效提升患者满意度和舒适度,减少并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the clinical nursing measures and effects of nursing intervention in cardiac pacemaker implantation.Methods:90 patients who underwent cardiac pacemaker implantation were selected from January 20 to January 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 45 cases in each group.The observation group used overall nursing intervention,the control group received routine nursing intervention,and,we compared the nursing effect and complication rate of the two groups.Results:The postoperative comfort and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of overall nursing intervention during cardiac pacemaker implantation can effectively improve patients'satisfaction and comfort and reduce the incidence of complications.
