摘要
目的:观察自拟莪黄和胃汤联合雷贝拉唑钠治疗脾虚湿瘀型慢性胃炎的疗效、中医症状分及预后。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治慢性胃炎患者110例,按不同治疗方案分为两组各55例。对照组服用雷贝拉唑治疗;观察组在雷贝拉唑基础上服用自拟莪黄和胃汤治疗。比较两组疗效、中医症状评分及复发情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,痞满、胃脘痛、体倦乏力等中医症状评分均低于对照组,且观察组3个月内复发率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟莪黄和胃汤联合雷贝拉唑钠治疗脾虚湿瘀型慢性胃炎效果显著,能有效提高疗效,改善胃炎症状,并降低复发率。
Objective:To observe the curative effect,TCM symptom score and prognosis analysis of chronic gastritis with spleen deficiency and dampness stasis treated with zini ehuang hewei decoction combined with rabeprazole sodium.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,110 cases with chronic gastritis were treated,55 cases were divided into two groups according to different treatment options.The control group was treated with rabeprazole,the observation group was treated with zini ehuang hewei decoction on the basis of rabeprazole.To compare the efficacy of two groups,TCM symptom score and the recurrence.Results:The total efficiency of the treatment in the observation group was higher than the control group,the TCM symptom score such as fullness,stomach pain and fatigue were lower than those of the control group,and the recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group within 3 months,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is effective to treat chronic gastritis with spleen deficiency and dampness stasis with zini ehuang hewei decoction combined with rabeprazole sodium,it can effectively improve the curative effect,improve the symptoms of gastritis,and reduce the recurrence rate.
