摘要
目的:分析腹腔镜术后联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRHa)治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的效果。方法:2016年1月-2017年12月收治卵巢巧克力囊肿患者86例,随机分为两组各43例。对照组给予腹腔镜手术治疗;研究组在腹腔镜手术基础上术后联合应用GnRHa治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后雌二醇(E2)水平显著低于对照组,促黄体素(LH)与促卵泡激素(FSH)水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率、复发率均优于与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜术后联合应用GnRHa治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿患者,可有效改善性激素水平和卵巢功能,提高临床治疗效果,且安全性更高。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist(GnRHa)in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2017,86 patients with ovarian chocolate cyst were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 43 cases in each.The control group was given laparoscopic surgery,the study group was treated with GnRHa on the basis of laparoscopic surgery.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the E2 level of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the LH and FSH levels were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the total effective rate and recurrence rate were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRHa in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst can effectively improve the level of sex hormone and ovarian function,improve the clinical treatment effect,and the safety is higher.
