摘要
刮板输送机在工作时,刮板链上刮板的紧固螺母由于受到各种作用力,会自转松动脱落造成刮板、E型螺栓从圆环链上脱落,极端情况下会引发重大恶性事故。刮板链的紧固方式是影响其可靠性的主要因素。通过改进刮板链紧固方式,大大提高了刮板链的可靠性,解决了刮板链维护频繁、维护费时费力、维护成本高等诸多问题。
When scraper conveyor is working,the fastening nut of scraper on scraper chain will be loosened by various forces,which will cause scraper and E-type bolt to fall off from the ring chain. In extreme cases,it will cause serious accidents. The fastening mode of scraper chain is the main factor affecting its reliability. The reliability of scraper chain is greatly improved by improving the fastening method of scraper chain,and many problems such as frequent maintenance,time-consuming maintenance and high maintenance cost are solved.
