摘要
针对矿井高温、高湿、高粉尘的工作环境,提出了一种利用冷凝液滴清除矿用空冷器翅片表面粉尘的方法。通过对冷凝液滴进行受力分析发现,冷凝液滴的运动与表面润湿性能密切相关。为此,制备了4种不同润湿性能的表面,通过积尘实验对其除尘性能进行了测试。测试结果表明,表面润湿性能对翅片除尘具有重要影响,在所有测试样品中,超疏水表面的除尘性能最佳,能够有效地减少粉尘在翅片表面的沉积,为特殊环境下空冷器实现主动抑尘提供了新的解决思路。
In view of the working environment of high temperature,high humidity and high dust in mine,proposed a method to remove dust on the fin surface of mine air cooler by using condensate droplets. Through the force analysis of condensate droplets, it is found that the movement of condensate droplets is closely related to the surface wettability. For this reason,prepared four kinds of surfaces with different wettability,and tested their dust removal performance through dust accumulation experiments.The test results show that the surface wettability has an important influence on the fin dust removal.Among all the test samples, the superhydrophobic surface has the best dust removal performance,which can effectively reduce the deposition of dust on the fin surface,and provides a new solution for the active dust suppression of air coolers in special environment.
