摘要
基于传热学基本原理,建立了蓄热换热罐内填充石蜡的二维蓄热模型,设计了一种具有换热功能的蓄热罐,利用Fluent及前处理软件Gambit建立物理模型并模拟得出蓄热过程的温度场,建立了带翅片的蓄热罐模拟的一般方法,并比较了添加翅片和改变传热管的排列方式对石蜡融化过程的影响,结果显示添加翅片可以改善温度分布,提高蓄热速率;第二种排列方式可以增大热流密度,提高换热速率。
Based on the heat transfer principle,design of a heat transfer function of the heat storage tank,establishment of a regenerative heat exchange tank is filled with paraffin wax two-dimensional storage model,using Fluent and fore treatment software Gambit physical model which is established and simulates the temperature field thermal process.Design of a finned heat tank simulation method,compared with adding fins and change heat transfer tube arrangement of the paraffin melting process effect of adding fins can be improved,the results show the temperature distribution,improve the heat rate;second arrangement can increase heat flux density,improve the heat transfer rate.
